Terms and Conditions for AT VR Bar and Restaurant

Welcome to AT VR Bar and Restaurant! We want everyone to have a fantastic experience while visiting us. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our patrons, please read and abide by the following terms and conditions:

Responsible Drinking:

1. We promote responsible drinking. Patrons must be of legal drinking age in the country of operation.

2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated or is causing a disturbance.

3. We encourage patrons to plan ahead for transportation and offer assistance in arranging safe rides home if needed.

Respectful Behaviour:

1. We expect all patrons to treat our staff and fellow customers with respect and courtesy.

2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards our staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.

3. Management reserves the right to ask individuals who do not comply with respectful behavior to leave the premises.

2 for 1 Cocktails Promotion:

1. Our 2 for 1 cocktails promotion runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily.

2. Patrons must purchase two cocktails simultaneously to avail of the promotion.

3. If patrons select cocktails with different prices, they will be charged for the more expensive cocktail and receive the second cocktail free.

4. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

PlayStation 5 Gaming Policy:

1. Patrons looking to play PlayStation 5 must provide a valid ID, which will be held by staff in exchange for controllers.

2. Controllers will be returned to patrons upon the return of the ID.

3. Games are only available for use by paying customers of AT VR Bar and Restaurant.

Allergy Disclaimer:

1. Please be aware that our menu items may contain allergens. Notify your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.

2. We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Bottomless Side Menu:

1. The bottomless side menu allows patrons to enjoy unlimited refills of select side dishes for a duration of 90 minutes.

2. Patrons may only order two sides at a time from the bottomless menu.

3. Additional sides may be ordered once the previous order has been consumed or after 90 minutes, whichever comes first.

General Terms:

1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. No personal checks are accepted.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

4. Lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the patron. AT VR Bar and Restaurant is not liable for any lost or stolen belongings.

5. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual at their discretion.

6. Any damage caused to the property by patrons will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

7. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
